• Working for Citibank Kuwait as a Application Support & Project Management on a contractual basis since February 2011.
-I have experience in Corporate Banking, currently involved in implementation of corporate banking product Flexcube for Citibank Kuwait and previously for all MENA Citibank branches.
-Extensively worked with business & application support teams on Fund Transfer, Foreign Exchange, Loans & Deposit, Money Market, Teller, Journal Entry, Payments & Collection, GLmodules of Flexcube.
-Worked in UAT cycle of Software Development Life Cycle with Testing Life Cycle concepts and methodologies of System, Functional & Regression & UAT testing.
-Well versed in preparing Documentation, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and coordinating with teams to execute the test cases.
-Actively and responsively involved in successful delivery of business solutions according to requirements on time, within deadline to the appropriate quality bar.
-Hands on knowledge of Technology Infrastructure side having worked on NDM transfers and computer builds.
• Worked as a Technical Specialist (Sep 2007 - Aug 2008) / Project Engineer (Sep 2008- Oct 2010) for Wipro Technology Services (Formerly known as Citi Technology Services), Mumbai.
Extensively worked with business & application support teams on Fund Transfer, Foreign Exchange, Loans & Deposit, Money Market, Teller, Journal Entry, Payments & Collection modules of Flexcube for all Citibank MENA branches.
• Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering degree from St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangalore, (Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum) in year 2007 with 1st Class.
• Completed H.S.C from Sophia College (University of Mumbai) in year 2003.
• Completed S.S.C from Divine Child High School (Maharashtra State Board) in year 2001.
