Recruited to head up a soft FM team of 750 staff at the newest Royal Palace in Saudi Arabia.
Initial has been operating in Saudi Arabia for 34 years and employs over 22, 000 staff across 5 entities. Pat was recruited to head all cleaning services, across Saudi Arabia. Left during my probation period due to company policy on not allowing managers to have multiple exit re-entry visas.
Lines 3, 4, 5 & 6. The “interim” appointment involved working from home (due to COVID social distancing requirements) and producing a suite of 75 documents which were all approved “category A” by the client. The project was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
for a Saudi governmental developer tasked with re-developing the historic city of Diriyah. Pat was responsible for leading a soft services team of Saudi nationals to improve standards at two locations in Diriyah. 1 year contract.
Founded in 2005, the Baniyas Investment & Development Company (BID) is a majority owned subsidiary of the Baniyas Sports Club;
•Pat managed all Soft Services (Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, and Pest - Control) at Bawabat Al Sharq master community, including the mobilisation and development of Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, 70, 000m² and the 2nd largest in Abu Dhabi at the time;
•Successful in directly managing the tender for Cleaning and Security and implementing SOPs through soft opening and into “steady state”.
: Pat successfully managed a team of 20 staff and coordinated the full transition of all hard and soft services of nearly 50, 000 sqft of office space over five floors;
Managed a team of 7 Managers, a helpdesk and 51 contractors on the bank's behalf within the Bank’s Corporate Real Estate Services Team. Exercising a traditional FM agent role, at the offices and a further 12 branches, Pat successfully managed the full spectrum of all hard and soft services and also property management services, which extended to 95 residential properties and 118 ATM sites;
Burj Views - Leading a team of over 30 staff on site, Pat successfully managed transition of all hard and soft services whilst providing excellent liaison with residents;
, Dubai Marina phase II & III - Managed the full transition and subsequent mobilization of all FM services, Hard & Soft; Handing over a fully functioning FM service delivery contract to the permanent Macro FM Team, on time, in budget and to set standards and practices.

EMCOR provides the full range of FM Consultancy, Operations & Maintenance Services for medium and large scale real estate, commercial and public sector developments and projects.
•Pat was involved in 3 major projects in Kuwait and provided FM consultancy to several projects in Bahrain, Qatar and Dubai. Pat was promoted to Interim General Manager with responsibility for managing all operations, budgets and reported to the Middle East Board.
•Pat managed a team of 8 Helpdesk Operators, several hundred cleaners, 100+ uniformed (TCN) and 80 Kuwaiti security officers, plus caterers, landscape and pest control from 23 outsourced contractors. Keeping an average 99% SLA since operations began.

Personal Interests / Achievements:
A keen Rugby Union enthusiast, Pat played for Saracens RUFC in London for 8 years. In his spare time he enjoys reading and generally keeping fit.
