Work with other teams to obtain reference information for drawings
Site coordination and inspection
Coordinate material specification of prefabricated products
I coordinate with the Architectural coordinator, M & E manager, structural manager, project manager and BIM manager
I convert construction drawings to shop drawings for site implementation using Autocad.
To manage and properly record all the drawings folder & files.
Develop design concepts, space planning and prepares presentation for project approval.
Provide alternative design concepts to meet customer requirements
Responsibilities: CAD Operator/Architectural Draftsman
o Using different software such as AutoCad, Revit and SketchUp
o Revit & SketchUp 3D Examination
o Convert Sketch or verbal specifications to shop drawings
o Prepare whole set shop drawings for site implementation (Interior Fit out such as Flooring layout, Ceiling layout, Elevations, Furniture details and Door details)
o Develop design concepts, space planning and prepares presentation for project approval.
o Work with other teams to obtain reference information for drawings
o Provide alternative design concepts to meet customer requirements
o Coordinate material specification with factory and production team
o Site inspection and site coordination
Responsibilities: CAD Operator/Architectural Draftsman
o Using different software such as AutoCad, SketchUp and Photoshop
o In-charge of preparing comprehensive working drawings in AutoCAD/CAD and assists lead CAD in preparing plans and design plans.
o Design and redesign complex layouts and drawings from general written or verbal specifications.
o Work with other teams to obtain reference information for drawings.
o Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts.
o Work with engineering and manufacturing team to investigate and resolve problems with existing designs.
o Prepare sketch drawings for client presentation

o Coordinate with the other contractors
o Convert manual sketch drawings to AutoCad drawings
o Building permit processing
o Prepare material board
o Prepare and coordinate mood board presentation and Power point presentation
o Prepare and coordinate scale modeling presentation
o Prepare as built drawings
