Provide IT support for users, Ensure backup of the servers and data on daily basis, Configure & support PCs & servers, installing and configuring new IT equipment and training users, Provide Phone and remote support for users calls, Monitoring anti-virus security center and agents and creating tasks and policies.
Perform recurring jobs such as backup checking, etc, Provide Phone and remote support for client calls, Configure & support PCs, Laptops and other equipment.
Visit customers whenever they call for their IT environment support, Do installation and configuration for new and existing clients( Servers, storage, networking, Security, Microsoft, active directory, exchange, …). Monitoring anti-virus security center and agents and creating tasks and policies.
