- Leading the coordination of project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth implementation and timely progress.
-Supervising the execution and monitoring of field activities, ensuring alignment with the workplan.
- Maintaining strong communication and coordination with local authorities, community members, and other partners.
- Managing financial resources, assets, and facilities according to standard procedures, ensuring donor compliance.
- Reporting and communicating regular project updates, project documentation, and providing timely feedback to supervisors and partners.
- Organizing and facilitating training sessions related to environment, climate change, and agroecology for FTL staff and partners.
-Integrating the environmental component in project designs and project implementations.
• Assistance to the team of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) localization within Territorial Development Unit.
• Support the implementation of pilot project Regions2030 in collaboration with technical experts and stakeholders to design and validate SDG indicators at regional level in the EU context.
• Technical support the data collection, data analyses and mapping on SDGs interlinkages.
• Author of a scientific paper on monitoring the environment at regional level using SDG framework.

• Development and delivery of training workshops on Climate Change adaptation, tailored to the needs of farmers, food processors and municpiality staf within AFDAL III project.
• Assistance in the management of the Interreg cross-border cooperation project on climate change adaptation.
• Communication of project results, deliverables, and co-organization of thematic seminars, and coordination meetings.
• Contribution to the preparation of the integrated LIFE project proposal with 40 project partners.
• Participation in the Interreg Annual Event 2022 and the European Youth Event 2022.
Delivery of data management and remote sensing courses (Excel and ArcGis).
• Study of carbon life cycle, peat degradation and Greenhouse Gases production in permafrost lakes due toglobal warming, through experimental modeling and field mission to Western Siberia.
- Investigation on the impact of anthropic factors (land use changes, hydropower dams, wetlands) on microbiological pollution dynamics in the Mekong watershed. The objective is to establish effective strategies for water resources, using big data analyses, remote sensing, hydrological modeling (SWAT), and in situ experiments. - Preparation of technical documents, and publication of peer-reviewed scientific articles in international journals. - Communication of research project results at international conferences and regional events.
