The project consists on installing the walkway and the cladding for the viaduct part of Riyadh metro project for BACS consortium. The project is divided into three phases in which steel structure, walkway and cladding should be installed along 55 kilometers of viaducts and above live traffic on main roads.
Here below the tasks assigned for the job:
- Planning the entire project and documenting all the jobs that must be completed
- Managing the expenses effectively and making sure that it doesn’t surpass the budget
- Making sure that the sub-contractor are complying to the high quality standards
- Coordinating with the client on a daily basis to ensure that the project is going as planned and resolve any problem that would occur
- Making sure that the work process is complying with the Safety standard of the project
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day construction management of the project
- Monitoring and reporting to the Project Manager project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner
- Monitoring construction productivity and schedule performance and investigating reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Providing recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to work instructions
- Making sure that the required materials and machinery are available and delivered on time

The project consists on building the elevated station 4C1 in Riyadh Metro project for FAST consortium. The station includes pile caps, columns, piers, three viaducts, two cantilever concourses, a big basement and four entrances. A very sophisticated type of formworks and scaffolding were used in order to accomplish the job.
Here below are the tasks of the job:
- Prepare the monthly activities schedule and make sure it is implemented
- Ensure that all works are according to the quality standards, done safely and within the budget
- Distribute the tasks on the staff and ensure that everyone is well aware of his tasks and the way of doing it
- Coordinate with the client for the ongoing and upcoming activities
- Overseeing all the required materials/machinery and manpower in order to complete upcoming tasks within the deadlines
- Careful reading of drawings and technical details and implementing them
- Record and report problems and delays

Site civil engineer at SLTCC

The objective of the project is to build the elevated metro station 4E1 in Riyadh. The project main contractor is FAST consortium, consultant is RAMPED and the client is ADA. The project which follows high standard in HSE regulations and engineering consists on executing concrete and steel works for pile caps, columns, pier heads, three Viaducts, concourse slab and the basement raft footing, walls and slabs . In addition to that, I was responsible of the scaffolding and shuttering designed by RMD.

A- Steel and concrete buildings for the Algerian government:
This project consists on designing two steel buildings in addition to a warehouse. These components are part of silos built by the Algerian governments. This project is done in thirty different sites where the wind and seismic conditions are different. The buildings are designed using computer softwares such as SAP, ETABS and SAFE. In addition to the design, my task is to define the loading criteria taking into consideration all types of loads as per ACI and ASCE codes
