monitoring the implementation of the various corrective action plans. Focus was applied to
each department within the Organization including site operations, factory operations,
technical services, supply chain, finance and human resources. Reduced the overhead
budget by 20-25% from the prior year’s budget via a 10% staff reduction from 3600 to less
than 3300, elimination of waste factors, and improved management / monitoring of
operation’s project controls monitoring/reporting & contract administration.
