• PLAN / SCHEDULE - Ensure daily work plans are available on hand to enable the execution of all planned and scheduled maintenance jobs to meet operational needs, and that sufficient material and manpower resources are available to address unplanned breakdown repair jobs. Identify problems and requirements to meet operational needs.
• DEPLOY - Allocating of materials and manpower in accordance with the work plan in order to ensure effective utilization of technician teams to attend to all planned and unplanned maintenance jobs.
• LEAD - Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure that all maintained equipment meet standards for operability and safety. Ensure compliance with general safety procedures in order to prevent personal injury or damage to equipment during maintenance and other technical activities.
• EXECUTE / PERFORM - Maintain a detailed log of all faults reported on various equipment, corrective actions taken, job durations involved and spares used to provide data for evaluating the progress of ongoing workshop activities; Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments.
• Monitor and control maintenance jobs thoroughly by detailed inspections of the work carried out. Ensuring cost effectiveness and quality of maintenance.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures by complying with legal codes and regulations.
• Ensured that equipment are periodically inspected and maintained in good working condition.
• Recommended modifications to equipment to improve performances and safety.
• Maintained adequate stock of spare parts.

Replenishments and Monitoring of Stocks of AAPT Dedicated Contractors
Place orders on Rush or JIRA for pick up/delivery of items for a project
Processing of cases allocated by Team Lead of Project Manager
Determine/Design Fiber path in LSD
Create Engineering Work Order
Update Case Notes in Salesforce
Monitor of PIPE Networks/ TransACT Dark Fiber Order
Modelling in Live Service Database (LSD) of all the customer built project that are fully provisioned
Monitoring and Managing projects
Allocate and Terminate Fiber using LSD
Plan and schedule project timelines
Assessment of affected assets in sites for development
Designing of Relocation plan for affected assets
In charge on Designing Fiber to the building Project
Create Scope of Work
Coordination to customer, contractor and Telstra
Checking of as-built plan given by the contractor
Prepare BOQ and BOM
Coordination/Monitor Contractor on the status of their project implementation
Telecommunication Engineering (Fiber Optics, Copper cable)
Project Management and Implementation
Fortification of Domestic Fiber Optic Network (DFON) project.
Fortification of Inter Exchange Fiber (IEF) project.
Network Provisioning (Fiber in the Loop, Access Gateway, Leased Dark Fiber, creation of Cable facilities)
Outside Plant Project and Maintenance.
Handles PLDT and Subsidiaries & Affiliates Project.
Detailed engineering survey, design of plans, and implementation of outside plant projects (restoration, relocation and maintenance of existing facilities).
Issuance of Access Pass of Different PLDT and Subsidiaries & Affiliates Sites.
Technical Provisioning of Leased Line/FOC Requests (Feasibility study, preparation of work order, implementation, testing and acceptance of project)
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Receives Inter Company Requisition Form (IRF) and Letter of Request (LOR) from SMART Counterpart. Study/Verify Completeness of the request as to exact location, Network Configurations and the likes.
b. Study the request and plans for the Survey/Inspections.
c. Conducts Surveys/Inspections to determine the feasibility of the project.
d. Prepares engineering plans, Engineering estimates, Work Orders for approval of the project.
e. Requests Contractor assignment from Procurement Divisions. Attends pre-construction meetings if the projects require.
f. Designs and views the engineering plans to be implemented through coordination/meetings and/or actual survey/staking to verify possible changes or additional requirements based on the current plant condition.
g. Provides a regular e-mail broadcast/hard copy report, to the project manager or any concerned organizational unit/individual, of the progress highlights of a project package or any big project that needs attention to stimulate contingent actions on the reported project constraints.
h. Updates regularly the progress status of the projects in the PMIS and files all relevant documents of each project in a project folder for SOX audit purposes.
i. Turns over the accepted to the end user.
j. Accountable for the safe keeping and maintenance of test equipment used during the conduct of commissioning and acceptance of project.
k. Reviews and validates closed-out documents like as-built plans, restoration certificates and digitized pictures prior to transmittal to Engineering Information and Records Management.
I am graduated with the bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering last June 2013, in Malayan Colleges Laguna under Mapua Institute of Technology at Laguna, Philippines.
