Here are the following responsibilities:
1. Perform QA/QC inspections activities with an over-all inspection for UPS, Low Voltage Power Cable, Medium Voltage Power Cable, Cable Tray, Junction Box, Pull Box, Air-Conditioning System, Air Curtains, Receptacles, Grounding, Medium Voltage Switchgear and Fire Pump Motor
2. Acts as a role model for professional behavior on the job, in all communications and in commitment for all jobs on-site and off-site.
3. Maintain QA/QC records as necessary for tracking of all inspection activities and material traceability and calibration of measuring instruments.
4. Prepare reports, memorandums, requisitions, specifications and correspondence for QA/QC
5. Attend QC/QA meetings and prepare notes as needed
6. Review purchase orders for inspection and repair scope & material requirements as needed
7. Develop QA/QC database as necessary to track documentation and critical data
8. Maintain and monitor all measuring instrument for calibration
9. Should work under Aramco safety standards and strictly implement and follow such standards
10. Coordinate, monitor and improve the QA/QC efforts
11. Perform other duties as assigned (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical Design, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System Inspection, Document Controller)
My main company (Attiq Ur Rehman Contract Est.) supplied me to Sendan Company. Sendan was contracted by Daelim, the prime contractor of Sadara Company for Electrical and Instrumentation Construction of Mixed Feed Cracker Project (MFC) Package, part of a Petrochemical Plant.
Here are my following responsibilities:
1. Visual inspection and testing of cables and equipment.
2. Issuing RFIs to the main contractor prior inspection of our company.
3. Complete appropriate paperwork related to inspection records and updating as-built drawings.
4. Assist in the control and maintenance of documents associated with Quality Control activities.
5. Perform other duties assigned.
Here are the following responsibilities:
1. Work closely with crews and other engineers for field survey of the pole grounding, equipments, phasing of primary lines, service drops and number of customers.
2. Create a proposed scheme for load balancing of the whole load of a field circuit using Microsoft Excel. Create a proposed scheme for load splitting of the whole load of a transformer using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
3. Update the Single Line Diagram Map of the field circuit using AutoCAD.
Here are the following responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and operations of machines to fabricate silicon wafers use to manufacture solar cells.
2. Proper endorsement every shift transition to other lead technicians.
3. Monitoring the input and output of the machine.Report any machine technical problems to supervisor.
4. Chart update of data using Microsoft PowerPoint
Here are the following responsibilities:
1. Teaching engineering students subjects related to their B.S. degree of Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering (Engineering Materials, Engineering Mechanics, Electric Circuits).
2. Evaluating engineering students based on their performances for their curriculum advancement.
3. Submitting the grading reports of all of my students to the dean of the engineering department of the university.
