I was charged with responsibilities of project planning, execution, test and commissioning of 2.0MW & 0.8MW MWM gas generator, 1.0MW diesel generator, 2 numbers 6.0 tonnes duel fuel steam boilers, 2 numbers 300TR Vapour Absorption Chiller, 1 number 345TR York chiller, 250 cubic meters water treatment plant, Efluent Treatment Plant, 10 numbers Air Handling Unit (HVAC system), Test and commissioning of piping network for the transmission of steam, hot water, soft water, chilled water and compressed air. Coordinate Operation of Utility Machineries to minimize energy consumption, plan, and schedule routine, shut-down and turnaround maintenance of Generators, Steam Boilers, Vapour Absorption Chillers, HVAC systems, York Chiller, Water Treatment Plant, Efluent Treatment Plant, Air Compressors, and Pumps. Training and development of technicians and operators, analyses of recorded datas, prepare monthly energy report, monthly maintenance report, monthly energy cost, plan and prepare annual energy budget and annual maintenance budget. Key Responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of a gas plant for the production and liquefaction of Nitrogen and Oxygen gas. The gas plant comprised of a programmable logic control panel (PLC), five stage centrifugal compressor and two stage reciprocating compressor, air refrigeration plant, a purifier/battery, air expansion turbines, fractional distillation columns/cold box, heat exchangers (intercoolers, pre-heaters, condensers, and evaporators), valves (manual, pneumatic, safety, etc.), knockout vessels, cooling tower, motor control centers-HT/MV/LV panels.
