• Managed high end, commercial, leisure & residential development, and regeneration projects of up to 800, 000m2 (75, 000m2) with commercial values of £1bn (£300m construction value)
• Acted as key interface for tier 1 & 2 contractors on Governmental P3 contact, creating cinemas, restaurants, bars and cafes and 200 prestigious apartments
