Head of Depot Operations Centres
• Lead Depot Operations Centres design
• Fit Out & Delivery of depots - 2400 buses (Diesel & Electric drive trains) & 6 Depots country wide, with more than 7200 drivers.
• Managing Depot Operations Centres
• Oversee Depot Managers with Tournament time specific functions: -
• Development of the Depot OC operations plan & incident management plan and any crisis management planning requirements
• Development of the physical infrastructure, technology, security, and operational requirements for the Depot OC to function successfully and integrate into the TBS Operations Centre &TTCC
• Liaise with key partner delivery agencies for the interface of systems to enhance communication and functionality for all parties
• Implement the Depot Operations Centres operational plan and subsequent Depot Operations Centres operation manual, including creation of operational policies, procedures, and technical content specific to the location
• Assist in the collaboration with external agencies for testing & readiness exercises pre-tournament
• Facilitate and attend briefing sessions and consolidate and submit daily reports as required
• Design and deliver the Depot Operations Centres to ensure effective and efficient management of TBS operations whenever the Depot Operations Centre is operational
• Integrate fully with Depot Operations Centres to ensure combined and integrated C4 communication protocols are maintained
• Key Interface with Mowasalat Executive Leadership, Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy & FIFA Local Organising Committee

Led all commercial operations for a 30-bus operation, supplying luxury buses and 6-ton trailers to Malawi & Zambia.
•Operational lead for route planning and management including regulatory compliance and monitoring for SADC/COMESA.
•Full financial management: budgets, revenue, profit across all African offices
Operational and Commercial Lead for 4 UK depots, 250 vehicles, and 450 staff with a P&L over £1 Mil.
I started my first international career path with Dunn-Line Holdings in the United Kingdom in 2002.
I quickly stepped up the corporate ladder, going from Supervisor to General Manager, and then to Group Operations Manager. During my tenor, I also studied and received my Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Transport (National & International) in 2004 from Nottingham University.
Re-planning of the depots was also done to smooth bus flow, and ease buses departing vs buses arriving which required washing, fuelling, and checking/servicing prior leaving the depot.
I successfully planned and delivered a 24/7 bus operation at East Midlands Airport in the United Kingdom with on-demand coaches for passengers and employees. I was in charge of monitoring the training and license testing of “Kontiki Tour “drivers for worldwide placements. As Group
