Conservation Measure (ECM)

solution along with the life cycle cost assessment.

hand over the details to the concerned project manager
assigned for the project.

project requirement as per the IPMVP Standards

• Executed ASHRAE Level 1 and 2 Audits for ESCO Projects in UAE
and Saudi.
• Carried out end to end activities of an ESCO project from the
sales inception, audit, analysis, cost estimation, contract
finalization, executions and M & V Phase
• Offered technical guidance, peer review and mentorship to
junior engineers.

• Reporting directly to the Divisional President of Manufacturing facility, the project leader is responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Projects.
• Ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work and judicious regular updates to management.
• Ensuring progress of the design and statutory approvals is such that the overall development program is maintained.
• Ability to prepare compelling presentations.
• Focus on quality and result oriented.
• Providing timely reporting and advice at suitable stages and in sufficient time for the Project Sponsor, Executive Committee and Board of Directors to make any decisions required of them.
• Overseeing the production and distribution of all construction related tender information.
• Ensuring the completion of all project related issues and the undertaking of a thorough Project Review to determine the initial success of the project.

• Assign tasks and facilitate work flow within the group to meet technical goals and project schedules.
• Perform and lead generation and formal release of CAD models, detail fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of materials
• Work as a single focal point for the expedition of a project with the client regarding all the technical & commercial points.
• Support suppliers, contractors, and other departments to help ensure quality of structural components through fabrication, transport, and assembly in the field.
• Constant Tracking and monitoring of the Project Status concerned the Document Submissions, Planning lists for Procurement as per budget and Scheduling for in house activities.
