Handling Accounts of Hotel Operator, Real-estate, Group of companies, Interior designers, Consultants and Contractors
Project supervision for turn key projects/solution of furnishing hotel, hotel apartment, private villas, staff accommodation etc
Coordinate with consultants / clients for design review and preparation of detailed shop drawings for production purpose / Recommend or educate client what product suits their imagination.
Responsible for mock up/show apartment for approvals and generating business.
Maintain business communications with principals and to develop new business / client’s network and ensure continued growth.
Perform market research and analysis, Responsible for developing a sustainable and profitable market.
Facilitate meeting with prospective clients and closing the sale
Achieving sales revenue and targets that meet or exceed expectations
Visit clients regularly ones a working relationship has been established
Developing relationships with key institutions in target organizations for business development.
Implementing strategies / policies for sales and marketing of reconditioned aggregates; reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.
Conducting market research for ensuring elevated product performance and customer satisfaction
