Inventory & Supply Chain
•Handling distribution of stocks across 4 countries - Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and UAE for designated brands such as Lacoste, Timex, Obaku, CAT, Reebok, Paul Smith, Versus, Nautica and Bulova (500+ SKUs).
•End to end management of Caravelle NY Brand - Managing Sales & Import budget, Marketing activities & Promotions, Logistics & Inventory
•Reallocating stocks within main locations based on sales
•Managing stock & ensuring an appropriate stock-to-sales ratio & ideal stock depending on location
•Handling inventory control & stock ageing analysis
•Handling Souq.com (Marketplace & FBS), Noon.com, Wadi.com & Namshi.com orders
•Liaising with brand Principals for product updates, new collections, merchandising tools & ordering
•Creating Purchase Orders, processing invoices for the consigned brands
•Liaising with logistics & procurement team at the Principal end
•Managing sales teams by visiting stores to ensure brand standards are maintained, providing inputs for deciding sales promotions and participating in brand sponsored events
•Handling customer queries
•Coordinating brand related training of retail staff and managing incentives
•Monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Achievements
•On Time Delivery - Successfully achieved targets for 3 consecutive months due to timely delivery of SKU’s
•Achieved target of 0 aged inventory in Caravelle NY Brand
•Helped in reducing aged inventory of 3 brands to 10% by offering exclusive promotions
•Achieved 16% growth in sales of Obaku watches compared to last year through timely stock allocations
•Assisted with operational setup of Rivoli’s E-Commerce platform
• Responsible for driving profitable volume growth by managing customer database and developing new client base to provide them financial and banking solutions of Life Insurance(RAK Life) & CASA (current and savings account) products
• Business development, ensuring exceptional end to end client experience from advice to execution to service. Structuring solutions relevant to clients based on their needs
• Analyzing and proposing financial solutions based on client’s objectives and risk taking abilities to device a customized value driven financial solution

Handle overall operations of Business documentation
•Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date
•Conduct regular audit on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other departments
•Submitting corporate documents punctually and with quality
•Awareness of all necessary procedures to ensure that Document Management is carried out at optimum effectiveness
