Responsible for meeting target sales plan in production, waste, OEE, Contribution and quality standards.
•Responsible for implementing “LEAN MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES” on shop floor - OEE, WASTE & 5’S
•Continuously reviewing plant process, methods, procedures and efficiencies and ensuring that modifications to equipment, process and procedures are in accordance with corporate standards and safety guidelines.
•Setting up Departmental KPI with Daily, Weekly & Monthly Review ( BPR )
•Performance evaluation, Identification of training needs and development plan execution.
•Support Building & Utility Project Manager for project contracts, finances and personnel to ensure projects are delivered within time & budget
•Develop Manpower Plan, recruitment, training and operation for the upcoming equipment in the new plant.

•Performing various functions like setting plant performance targets, cost targets, budgets, production operations, so on
•Contributing in setting-up the annual performance goals for team, monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to improve the performance
•Analyzing the training needs of team and ensuring their fulfillment through co-ordination with concerned departments heads
•Liaising with material department; coordinating with HR department to implement policies & processes at the factory
•Coordinating with government, statutory and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
•Conducting various functions like value analysis and value designing in the product and process for efficiency, cost control and effective utilization of material
•Conducting the RS-Audit, BRC -audit, HH Audit Safety Audits.
Facilitated various processes like commissioning & startup up of new two injection molding plant
Injection molding machine from 40 ton to 1800 ton capacity, Make Nissei, Toshiba, Kaussmaffi, super master, Jet master, bole, Haitian, Gold coin, Batten field, L&T, Stubbe, Windsor, bole etc.
•EXTRUSION Machine single extrude, co-extruder for pvc pipe, PIP pipe, GRP pipe, seamless pipe , make kabra 120, jantai, breyer, i-pack etc.
•Blow films and Blow molding machine handle from 01 lit to 200lit capacity; make Full shine, Ranason, Jag Mohan etc. Kabra single, double line blow films etc.
