* Reporting to the CEO.
* Directs and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements; accountable for PMO processes and policies.
* Directly responsible for Project Management, Account Management, Presales and Training functions. Coach/mentor of Project Managers and Business Services Managers from company offices in Kuala Lumpur, Sofia, Tunis and Algiers.
* Responsible on Executive Level for worldwide projects delivery of the company - recently 67 operators from 38 countries in EMEA, Asia and North America.
* Plans and manages international projects for deployment of telecom solutions and platforms.
* Provides operators with marketing consultancy, inventing new ideas for services, features and market propositions, based on the platforms deployed.
* Directly responsible for account management and presales to customers from Kuwait, Egypt, Tunis, Algeria, Canada, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Laos, Vietnam, Maldives.
* Communicates and reports projects status to executives (Status Reports, Executive Briefings, etc.)
* Managing the entire Products and Services function. Directly responsible for strategic planning, market intelligence, products and services portfolio; provides support for pricing, advertising and value-added services, controlling the stock of SIM cards and vouchers.
* GSM start up - Part of the Project Team responsible for commercial launch of the GSM operator.
* Accountable for portfolio development and launch of convergent products and services; Process Owner of operator's Reporting.
* Directly responsible for the launch of the first MVNO in Bulgaria; Acts as Project Manager of Custom Prepaid Charging project, E-payments project, MNP.
* Definition of strategy for market entrance of products and services based on new technologies.
* Estimation and control over performance of existing products and services and undertaking activities towards their constant improvement. Managing commercial launch of services. NLE
* Accountable for Product part of operator's Marketing Plan.
* Accountable for development of new and upgrade of existing products, including management of cross-functional activities and relationships with vendors for delivery, installation and integration of service platforms.
* Directly responsible for the products and services roadmap of the operator.
* Responsible for all activities related with scanning worldwide development of mobile services and products; Organize tenders for platforms acquisition (RFI, RFP, PO)
* Working closely with Marketing and Sales to identify new business opportunities.
* Established and managing the Account Management function in the operator.
* Developed and implemented strategy for corporate customers' acquisition and account management.
* Builds and owns clients' relationships at executive levels; directly negotiated and contracted accounts for millions of euros (biggest Bulgarian corporations and most of the State institutions) . Managing team of more than 40 Key Account Managers. Operating 3 VIP Business Centres.
* Part of the team established Marketing function in the operator.
