Responsible in Project planning and ensuring project standards are followed.
Responsible for tracking the status of project deliverables/milestones and timely communication to all the stakeholders.
Involved in gathering the requirements and translating the functional requirements to technical requirements.

Ensuring adherence to Quality norms across the development and implementation process.
Effective and quality communication to the team (track the progress, schedule) and upper management(status of the projects, foreseen risks)
Effectively coordinating the development activities in collaboration with various support teams such as Solution Architect Group, Testing Practice, Software Quality Assurance group, Process Management Group & Infrastructure.
