 Manage and deliver IT projects pertaining to Swift lite 2 cloud based connectivity for Finance House and Islamic Finance House directly with swift
 Managing Loan Origination System project for Finance House.
 Provide regular project status updates to the PMO and senior management. Facilitate Project Steering and Working Committee meetings as per Project Charter
 Appraise Group Chief Information Officer (GCIO) on project status on monthly basis ensuring senior management support at critical stages of the project life cycle
 Liaise with vendor, legal and business stakeholders in reviewing and finalizing business and technical aspects of vendor contracts
 Provide support to business users in communicating approved business change requests to vendors and manage its delivery as per agreed functionalities

Responsible to plan, manage, develop, and deploy multiple products, projects, and services successfully through maintaining and applying tactical project plans and action steps, and effective communication with various internal divisions within ISD or NBAD depts. (ITD, ACD, RMD, BS&, P’ LD, Card Centre, Contact Centre, IBU, Channels, Business Development) and external stakeholders and vendors, to deliver on target completion dates.
