Leading design and planning for the KNMA shelter, aligning with the institution's ethos. Managing diverse functions within the 1.2 million sq. ft. space, including exhibition, performance, research, education, art storage, office, commercial areas, parking, and amenities, all in exposed white concrete finish.
As Design & Planning Manager, responsibilities encompass project planning, contract administration, detailing, MEPF and structure coordination, BIM modeling, execution monitoring, quality control, statutory approval coordination, site safety, and compliance documentation. Future roles include commissioning, handover, and project closure.

ONE INTERNATIONAL CENTER, & One green mile STREETSCAPE |, Mumbai
Status - Completed
Led prestigious Mumbai project with Black Stone/Nucleus Office Park in collaboration with MCGM. Provided end-to-end PMC for fit-out, site development, tactical urbanism, and landscape projects. Managed design development, detail design, tendering, and coordination with consultants, vendors, and statutory bodies. Oversaw material approvals and led a QA/QC team as Design Manager.
BED-DOWN STRUCTURE FOR C-17 GLOBE MASTER | Hindan Air Force base, Ghaziabad
Status - Completed
New C-17 facility at Hindan Air Force Station under Western Air Command. Collaborated with US Army Corps of Engineers for basic layouts; L&T executed detailed design of Two Hangar building, ensuring compliance with global standards. Managed scope within 1M limit around the building. Oversaw single-storey RCC/steel structure, 190.2M x 128.4M, with a clear structural dimension of 62mt x 68mt, 30Mt height, and 23, 000 SqM built-up area. Responsibilities included submittal review, BIM coordination, detailing, material coordination, MEPF services, project review, quality control, and warranty management plan coordination.

Collaborate with MEPF consultants, conduct tendering, and lead regular meetings with AAI for a thorough understanding and progress review as a team leader under the principal architect's supervision.

PATNA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Responsibilities include report preparation, project study, preliminary and detailed design for architecture and interior. Coordinate with MEPF consultants, conduct tendering. Lead regular meetings with AAI for understanding requirements and progress review as a team leader under the principal architect's supervision. Manage Terminal building, MLCP, ATC tower, Cargo hanger, and office projects.

GROUP HOUSING at SHALIMAR ONE WORLD - Lucknow

Led group housing project (15 acres) in Shalimar One World, part of a vast 250-acre Lucknow Township. Scoped feasibility, preliminary and detailed design, interior design, tendering, and construction.
Key responsibilities: Develop preliminary design and presentation & sales drawings, oversee statutory drawings and approvals, prepare construction and interior drawings, coordinate with MEPF services and fields to meet client requirements. Manage vendor finalization, project management, and lead teams to meet deadlines.

CORPORATE BUILDING for TCS - Lucknow

Led 15-acre group housing in Lucknow's Shalimar One World, integral to a 250-acre Township. Managed feasibility, preliminary and detailed design, interior design, and tendering for construction.
Roles: Developed preliminary designs, crafted presentation & sales drawings, handled statutory drawings and approvals, prepared construction and interior drawings. Coordinated with MEPF services and fields to meet end-users' and client’s requirements. Oversaw vendor finalization, project management, and team coordination to meet deadlines.

ADMINISTRATIVE COURT - Sultanate of Oman
Status - Completed
Managed prestigious court building in the Sultanate, covering 17, 000 sq.mt. with total site development of 23, 000 sq.mt. Oversaw feasibility, preliminary and detailed design, interior design, project management, tendering, and construction supervision.
Roles and responsibility included but not limited to developing preliminary and detail designs, supervised tendering, managed statutory drawings and approvals, and prepared construction and interior drawings. Coordinated with MEPF services and fields to meet client requirements. Responsibilities extended to vendor finalization, shop drawing reviews, client meetings for design coordination, monthly reviews with contractors, subcontractors, and meticulous tracking of project schedules and quality.

MINISTRY BUILDING - Ministry of Regional Municipality & Water Recourses - Oman
Status - Completed
Extended existing ministry building of MRMWR Oman with new construction totaling 13, 600 sq.mt. on a 25, 200 sq.mt. land. Roles involved developing preliminary and detail designs, tendering, overseeing statutory drawings and approvals, and preparing construction and interior drawings. Coordinated with MEPF services and fields to meet client requirements, finalized vendors, and reviewed shop drawings. Conducted client meetings for design coordination, monthly reviews with contractors and subcontractors, and diligently tracked project schedules and quality.

Participated & won a design competition for Royal Oman Police, focusing on police station complexes with residential facilities and recreation centers across various locations. Key responsibilities encompassed preliminary and detailed design, tendering, managing statutory drawings and approvals, preparing construction and interior drawings, and coordinating with MEPF services and fields to meet client requirements. Additional duties included vendor finalization, shop drawing reviews, client meetings for design coordination, monthly reviews with contractors and subcontractors, and vigilant tracking of project schedules and quality.

Secured a winning position in a design competition for Royal Oman Police, focusing on police station complexes with residential facilities and recreation centers across the country.
