• Concept Development: Lead the development of initial design concepts, focusing on space planning, RCPs material selection, color schemes, and detailed design reports to align with client vision and project goals.

• Design Execution and Oversight: Supervise the creation of precise technical drawings and 3D models using REVIT software, ensuring all design elements meet client requirements. Provide creative solutions to design challenges, ensuring the project stays true to its intended vision.

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Material & Product Selection: Develop comprehensive schedules for material finishes, furniture, sanitary fixtures, and accessories.

• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and materials. Efficiently coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure materials within budget and timeline constraints.

• Specialized Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify and recommend specialty material finishes that meet both design aesthetics and sustainable project requirements.

• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with contractors, architects, SMEP engineers, and other design specialists to ensure the seamless execution of design elements.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs. Deliver presentations, design reports, and progress updates, ensuring clients are satisfied with the design direction and outcomes.

• Documentation: Prepare material finishes, FF&E, Sanitary fixture and accessories specification documents to ensure compliance with project standards and client expectations.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth in design techniques, project management, and client relations. Encourage collaboration and development within the team to enhance project outcomes
