- Verifies entered customers and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account sources documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, solving discrepancies by using standard procedures.
- Secures information by completing date base backups
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. § Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain all activities of Record Management i.e. administration, control, integrity check, receipt, storage and retrieval.
- Classifies and assigns records and sort information according to their type.
- Responsible for coordination with concerned departments regarding recheck and updating of documentations.
- Receive, upload, and shelve supplies.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labeling supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Rotate stocks and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
