* Worked actively in DevOps Environment for migration, installation, code changes in production support using tools like
Jenkins, uDeployee.
* Performing the patching of linux and windows servers.

* Worked on Windows Active Directory services for creating/deleting user profiles, password changes.

applications.
* Configuring VPN for end users.
* Performed troubleshooting of Windows servers and applications.
* Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis to hardware/software network failures, and provided resolutions.
* Communicating with the client over mail/skype/Ip phone calls for any critical alerts.

* Remote Desktop handling and troubleshooting.
* Hand on experience on tools like VMware-Vsphere, PRTG Tool, SCOM, Manage Engine.
