New Store Opening arrangements and Close shop dismantling
Coordinate with Land Lord and Mall management for Permissions to perform operational works in stores.
Establish Schedules and methods for providing facility services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly
Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services
Assist in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals and reports
Assist to Senior for preparing monthly Payroll and Pay advice to bank for salary credit.Issuing receipts for the cash or cheques received and timely depositing
MIS Reports on variances in quarterly costing. Petty cash management & making entries.
To Clear invoices to Payment section after verification through ERP system.Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services
Acting as a bridge between the staff and the senior management
Generated budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis and presented to the management team
Perform Day-to-Day HR &Administrative tasks and giving administrative Support to colleagues.
Monthly salary calculations of staffs&Handling Purchasing Process and the payments to suppliers.
Prepare and submitting monthly MIS Report to Managing Director.
Overall supervision and management of the files and documents.
