Regional Head - Corporate Relations & Trainer

I am currently working as Regional Head - Corporate Relations & Lead Trainer for Blue Ocean Training & Consultancies.
In my given role I support 4 companies across 3 regions & 5 countries providing strategic business inputs while supporting the teams with process & administrative expertise.
Having joined the organisation I have mapped the SOP & fine tuned many processes that will benefit the company in its objective to become the best place to work.
In my role as Lead Trainer have trained more than 2700+ professionals from varied industries across different verticals in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management .
Having received Excellent feedback & ratings as a Professional Trainer, I have been invited to conduct workshops on Retail Selling Skills, Customer Service Excellence & Negotiations by large MNC's for their management & working teams across all functional levels.
Prior to this I was instrumental in seting up of the Projects & Services division for one of the leading electronics reatil chain & grew the SBU's from 4- 45 people strength with proven exponential growth year on year both Top & bottom Line.
I was also directly instrumental in designing, drafting & implementing HR & incentive policies for the given SBU's not limiting the creating & implementing SOP for the same.
In terms of regional specific experience, I lead the Franchise business and have credits for getting the Franchisees gestation period reduced and drive profits by increasing the number of enrollments at the same time conducting more courses specific to the countries & students needs.
In Canada I had the opportunity to work with RICOH Canada & BEST BUY Canada. This experience gave me immense exposure to customer centric services. I started managing the Telecom department & was promoted to a Store Manager . Here I was awarded & recognized as a ' TOP GUN' for my consistent process engineering and achieving and exceeding set sales targets for both the departments and the store.
Acknowledged and awarded ' Best Sales Person' 7 - Times in a row over 10 year period by RICOH Japan & RICOH Europe bv.
In my current role the job opportunity provides me the platform to train professionals from varied industries and verticals in the field of Purchasing & Sales. As lead trainer have conducted varied Soft Skills workshops for MNC's & professionals from PEPSI, L'Oreal, PETROFAC, Grand Stores ( NIKON ), Virgin Group, EMAAR, GASCO, ENOC, Trojan Contracting, Al Jaber Group, Shipping Industries, etc...

More than 9 years of this experience has been in senior management positions.
Having worked across a wide cross-section of industries such as, Office Automation, Electronics, Retail, Customer Service, Consultancy and Training, I have enhanced my business skills and can adapt them to the requirements of different companies and operating cultures.
