1.Researching new international networks relevant to core business operations; presenting assessment for joining them to ensure relevance and maximum value creation.
2.Embedding new knowledge gained from joining external frameworks through:
a.Acting as a liaison between external networks and internal stakeholders (relevant lines of business), to transfer the knowledge, news, information; and hence exchange know-how of applying new measuring tools and methodologies in day-to-day business operations.
b.Establishing internal baseline processes for affecting change smoothly, and measuring performance, to achieve standardized and sustainable reporting;
c.Establishing proper documentation, & infrastructure to assist in standardized processes implementation;
d.Educating lines of business on new methodologies& tools to apply to business operation, as well as monitoring data input & accuracy.
3.Positioning the bank externally & Internally through:
a.Professional & active engagement within their working groups, committee, votes… etc, and professional ongoing networking and communication.
b.Screening, tracking & presenting biannually all framework members activities and stories, to map the bank’s areas of growth & development, and bank’s competitive edge within each.
4.Ensuring annual reporting in compliance internally with bank disclosure standards & externally with international frameworks reporting standards & deadlines
5.Managing and executing new projects aligned with bank’s sustainability strategy through implementing the set upon action plan & managing associated stakeholders, & aligning communication across.
6.Managing financial obligations & budget relevant to each framework, and project.
7.Presenting and reporting to Unit Head on all the above promptly & clearly, through periodic project progress reporting on updates, news, as well as aligning efforts to ensure successful accomplishment of obligations in hand.
8. Stakeholders' Management & Engagement
9- Events planning, management and execution
Reinforce the sustainability policies of the company through training, communications and projects' implementation
•Responsible for preparing Sustainability reports covering the annual performance (EP, LBG & UNGC)
•Evaluate & consolidate initiatives to achieve goals
•Initiate new ideas to endorse sustainability in the banking operations
•Participate in preparing & monitor the Unit’s annual budget (up to 500, 000 $)
•Contribute in preparing a yearly sustainability action plan for the organization’s objectives
•Continuously plan communications strategies
•Collaborate with the various functions to ensure proper implementation of programs and identify ways to enhance the process if needed
•Briefing agencies for new branding and logo
•Ensure the marketing campaigns comply with branding rules & policy
•Regularly manage & communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders
•International Networking Management
•Maintain & update organization’s website
•Independently draft & publish the annual publications for the bank in the United Nations Year Book (2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014)
•Draft & edit press releases in English & Arabic, independently
•Familiarity of key social platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
•Events Management (press conferences, products launching events, programmes launching…..etc).
I was awarded with full scholarship for my Msc degree from Citadel Foundation for Education Development in Egypt. I am the author of two articles published in the United Nations Year Book about Social Development and Sustainability. I am th associate Editor for the International Jounral for Young leader Entreprenure
