- Responsible for filling staff documents as per the school recruitment policy
- Orienting new staff members with the school policies and making sure that they read and sign the staff handbook before starting their job
- Keeping track of all employee’s history and records whether formal or current ones
- Following up on absence and vacations track for all employees
- Auditing the Maintenance procedures as well as the hygiene and safety measures based on the school policies and standards
- Biweekly submit a maintenance detailed report on the work done as well as the plan for any pending work
- Oversees the maintenance of all forms
- Responsible for efficiency of the photocopying system yet making sure it’s not excessively or unrealistically being used
- Responsible for supervising the purchasing clerk regarding our purchasing policy and checking on the school inventory
- Preparing the school transportation routes for staff as well as students
- Following up on the school transportation policy and procedures
- Responsible for tracking transportation system concerns
- Responsible for administrative and office tasks
- In charge of maintaining class lists, emergency number lists, afterschool students lists as well as the teachers mailing lists and their emergency numbers
- Arrange for substituting teachers or any other member in school when needed
- Keep records for the whole department such as, attendance sheet, tardiness sheet, etc..
- In charge of creating class schedules for the whole school
- Responsible for administrative and office tasks such as;
- organizing and filing papers for students' folder

- Maintain daily open communication between the Headteacher, teachers and parents through e-mails or phone calls
- Report any violence of the rules to the Headteacher
- Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
- Prepare and attend staff meetings
- Keep all appropriate records such as, attendance sheet, tardiness sheet, regular check-ups
- Meet all applicable license regulations
- Maintain confidentiality
** Proctoring SAT exams at school
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Preparing company’s proposals
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Responsible for all related secretarial matters i.e.; typing, filing, fax in/out- distributed among the department
- Receiving in/out phone calls
- Responsible for the preparation and arrangement of different business events i.e.; conferences and seminars
- Handling all departments’ travel matters
