Responsibilities:
− Lead estimates for electrical engineering works including medium voltage, low voltage and fiber optic
networks, MV substations, street lighting, intelligent transportation system, solar systems, low current
systems and smart cities.
− Coordinate with civil and mechanical estimation teams
− Assess the levels of risk on a project
− Participate in preparing final commercial and technical bid

LAU Gezairi Building, LAU Library, IC Phase 2 and 3, Algorithm, UOBMC, many commercial and residential buildings.
Responsibilities:
− Responsible for all received invitations to tender
− Manage the estimation process by assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, and providing
accurate estimates.
− Prepare technical and commercial bid
− Negotiate bids
− Manage the procurement process for ongoing projects by negotiating offers, ensuring supplier
compliance and providing value engineering

Lebanon: Gemmayze Village, UOB Medical Center, Sadate 955.
Qatar: Kahramaa Substations Phase 9, 10 & 11, New Port Project 26, 30 & 50.

Responsibilities:
•Assess tender documents and send queries to the client
•Prepare preliminary design for electrical works: lighting, small power, low current systems, single line diagrams, HVAC system (power and control), lightning protection and earthing system.
• Send request for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare summaries per trade
• Compare received offers and develop cost estimates
• Prepare technical and commercial bid

King Abdullah Financial District Cooling Plant, KSA
Responsibilities:
•Review shop-drawings, material submittals, and operation and maintenance manuals
•Prepare analysis reports and cost comparisons between budget and effective cost

Construction of 12 pumping stations, Parts 1 and 2

Responsibilities:
• Prepare design for power and low current systems, electrical shop-drawings and risers
• Contribute in product selection for electrical and control materials.
• Prepare purchase orders
• Test pumps panels before delivery to site
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals
Project: Hilton Hotel
•Contribute in the design: lighting calculation (Dialux), luminaires selection, emergency lighting, power calculation for panel boards and cables, short-circuit current calculation, fire alarm system.
