Responsibilities:
− Lead estimates for electrical engineering works including medium voltage, low voltage and fiber optic
networks, MV substations, street lighting, intelligent transportation system, solar systems, low current
systems and smart cities.
− Coordinate with civil and mechanical estimation teams
− Assess the levels of risk on a project
− Participate in preparing final commercial and technical bid

− Responsible for all received invitations to tender
− Manage the estimation process by assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, and providing
accurate estimates.
− Prepare technical and commercial bid
− Negotiate bids
− Manage the procurement process for ongoing projects by negotiating offers, ensuring supplier
compliance and providing value engineering

Responsibilities:
•Assess tender documents and send queries to the client
•Prepare preliminary design for electrical works: lighting, small power, low current systems, single line diagrams, HVAC system (power and control), lightning protection and earthing system.
• Send request for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare summaries per trade
• Compare received offers and develop cost estimates
• Prepare technical and commercial bid

Responsibilities:
•Review shop-drawings, material submittals, and operation and maintenance manuals
