Leading a multi-cultural team of 14 staff, covering 4 functions -segment marketing, CVM, loyalty & product development.

Driving the overall marketing strategy of the Postpaid Segment, by managing a multimillion-dollar customer base portfolio. Accountable to successfully deliver innovative digital services based on customers needs by blending organizational strategy and revenue plans. Relied upon for prudent departmental financial stewardship with budgetary responsibility in addition to creating and executing on plans and initiatives to realize sales targets.
Management and development of postpaid and e-business strategy and offering. Profit and loss, end 2 end and value chain responsibility. Developing portfolio, offering and planning of activities in postpaid and e-business segment including digital content and strategic VAS services. Planning and implementation of the segment business plan. Planning and responsibility of device and handset portfolio.
Covering areas of Digital Content, both Off garden (Premium SMS/MMS and voice services) and Own garden (Music, games, applications and personalization content), Mobile Marketing, Web & WAP portals, Social Networking and Application Store.
Responsible for Infotainment strategy, KPIs and overall performance of Telenor doo content business.
