Achieve the 15 days onboarding timeline with 100% listing quality - (Images, Description, Prices, Active Menu) - making sure that brands are 100% represented on all Aggregators with regards to images, description and menu.

Customer support

Engage with client customer base to help increase brand awareness, lead customer account set-up /sales, and maintain relations between client & customer base.

Resolving customer | brand complaints, all 86s, improving brand reviews and ratings on Aggregators(Deliveroo, Zomato, Uber eats, Talabat, Careem, and carriage).

Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication between the customer and the brand.

Market research

Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future sales.

Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across the sales spectrum and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands - Set timeline of orders volume for 1 - 3 months to achieve set target 20 orders in the 1st month, 40 orders in the 2nd month and 60 Orders in the 3rd month.

Meeting with brands and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as human resources, cost managers, Procurement Manager, ERP team, PoSist team, Call Centre, QC etc) for smooth onboarding of brands.

Brand Growth

Ensure all brands grows at 25% month on month growth - drive growth by increasing customer satisfaction and brand excellence.

Brand expansion to other kitchens in month 4 - Set up the brand in other kitchens by end of month 4.
