• Successfully lead the 360 degree management of the preconstruction and construction works of the Executive Jet Terminal complex build projects for Dubai South (DWC) at the Al Maktoum airport.
• Active management and guidance of the design development, procurement and implementation of works, and associated commercial and contractual elements.
• Liaised with external stakeholders, which encompass fixed base operators, customs, immigration and police and other statutory authorities such as the ARFFS, Dubai Airports Authority and DAEP, and drove the approvals processes and coordination of these.
• Developed the pre-tender packages for three projects and negotiated costs and programme durations to meet expected budgets.
