Managing the Installation of electrical systems including on NSL Converter station: panels, cable jointing switchgear, Transformers, DC - AC converters, earthing, cable containment. Advising on lifting techniques, assisting when required. Ensuring safe methods of work are implemented
Development of corporate level health & safety systems, and their subsequent management and coordination on a 3.9 Megawatt Solar Farm. Responsible for managing safety of 100+ staff at any one point from internal employees and various sub-contractors;
