I have Industrial Technical Trade Certificate holder and 20 years of proven experience effectively and efficiency. I was worked in Emirates Industrial panel; EIP introduces new Quality Products in the construction (Roof Panels) &Cold Storage industry in the region. Production line is the state of the art continuous production facility from Germany. Here is I am updating account information within the database. Perform basic data entry inputs for daily manufacturing controls. Operate and maintain equipment and machines properly. Perform basic inspection of product, Adjusting machine speeds at the time of production and inspecting the line production additionally I have a demonstrated ability to prepare machine for startup and shutdown procedures. Maintain Inventory of supplies manage scrap quantities carry out operation adjustments repair machine as needed and ensure cleanliness of machine and adjacent area.
Furthermore, I possess the necessary knowledge of handling material, assisting in preventive maintenance and segregating of materials moreevor, I am comfortable with the basic layout of all heavy production machineries and the safety measures that need to be taken in to account while operating them .My analytic thinking to resolve issues and proven ability to meet deadlines will enable me to perform this job effectively.

Planning day to day production in co-ordination, To meet the day to day production targets, follow up of shortages for the production line with in the customer supplier chain, inspection and Certification of the Finished products, monitoring the performance of process, maintenance of M/C and rectification of abnormalities in a log book on a day to day basis, Up-dating the production data in daily management file on a day to day basis, involving, to 5S activities and Kaizen activities, Preparation of Schedules for Monthly, semi-annual and annual Lubrication, To check all the in process products with in the specification, quality, and customer satisfaction.
In 1996 Central board examination all over my institute in my grade i was got the firs mark in Trade Theory ,So i have got a chance to work in Dubai .
