Supervising a day shift team in the proper running of their daily tasks assigned

system (DMS V7)
* Setting up training sessions with distributor salesmen and their respective super
users, configuring their android devices, computers and projectors for effective
training.
* Rolling out and guiding a team to implement the system successfully.
* Training the Back Office Users in the distributor offices to use the web based
application.
* Assessing how well the users have understood the system by setting
questionaries’ and practical test to observe their understanding.
* Creating a good rapporteur with the clients to create a good learning atmosphere.
* Offering support both online and offline on issues occurring while using the
system.
Visiting EABL distributors across the country, assessing if they are ready to
get trained on the Distributor Management System.
* Training Back office users to use the Distributor Management System web
based application.
* Training Front Office (salesman) to use the DMS mobile application.
* Leading a team from Impax to help in the accompaniment of salesmen while
on the field to ensure proper implementation and that they understand the
system well.
* Offer a one week support to the distributor to ensure that any issues encountered
during use, I am there to offer assistance.
* Offer phone call support at any time to the back office or the salesman in case
they are stuck anywhere in the running of the system.
Maintenance of all computer software and hardware issues
* Installation of the organization system.
* Training the office workers on the go ahead of the system
* Help desk assistance in case of any issue with the system
* Allocation and change of password to the end users computers
* Report daily occurrence in the IT department
* Reporting to the IT manager on a daily basis
