o Perform Software (AccuRoute) Troubleshooting
o Handles tickets/voicemails using Zendesk

o Confer with clients to determine their information processing or computer needs.

o Support my Team members with any required Technical knowledge.
o Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
