• Estimation and preparation of quotations against tenders received from various clients.
• Sending enquiries of various items. (Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage etc)
• Attending technical / commercial negotiation meeting. Site visiting of selected tenders
• After site visit Making queries and clarifications to Client about tenders and proposed site
• Follow-up and Inspection of subcontracted jobs
• Coordinating with Architect's / Consultant's representative if any queries / doubts in the specifications/designs
• Forwarding the tender to the specified office with relevant documents as per specification terms and conditions.
• Preparing Estimation based on the specification / Tender Drawings / as per the tender board instructions.
• Reviewing tender drawings & Specifications.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings, As built drawings with collected details from work site
• Supervise the installation Team for GRP Sectional Water tank
MILITARY SERVICE
Title Air Force Officer (2.5 years)
Duration: 30 months (10-2010 to 4-2013)
Duties: • Engineer on k8-E ( plane)
• Making check lists before and after flights to make sure the flight is safe.
• Changing spare parts.
• The 2nd in command in the military police during elections after the revolution in borg elarab.
