I also wrote the strategic blueprint for the GAPP.

• Directed and oversaw the program development and implementation of a HIV/AIDS education campaign in over 200 secondary schools across Nigeria, as well as a Fulfulde (Fulani) language awareness radio program in Adamawa state. The project was funded by the United States Presidential Emergency Programme For HIV/AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and a Nigerian NGO.
• Delivered the country-wide proof of concept for 3 different Intel© (the computer chip manufacturer) World Ahead’ educational programs, which subsequently led to the scraping out of one of the programs and the Nigerianization of the two others, and further implementation in over 1, 000 secondary schools across Nigeria.
• Completed the 10 year strategic sector plan for two different secretariats in the Federal Capital Development Authority, that resulted in development of targets, new vision and mission statements for various departments as well as highlighted shortcomings and recommendations to improve operations and increase efficiency.
