• Assisting Sales Team during the Sales Meetings in the showrooms with all Adidas MENA
customers while leading a team of 20 Showroom Helpers,
• Responsible for season planning and reporting to Marketing Operations Manager,
• Coordinate Marketing Activities within the Marketing Operations and Headquarters,
• Responsible for Samples tracking within the Sales and Marketing departments,
• Administration of Article Master Data, Range List, Sample tracking and Timesheets,
• Supervising Sample segregation based on inputs from Category managers,
• Ensure completeness of each season planning and reporting thru the user guides,
• Responsible for maintaining the seasonal budget in scheduling the Showroom Helpers,
• Prepare analysis and reports of season comparison, expenses and article tracking.
• Maintain accurate and complete check-in/check-out procedures of all guests,
• Communication and recording of complaints in accordance with internal standards,
• Full awareness of current daily status of hotel, daily functions, events and VIP arrivals,
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way,
• Coordinate hotel activities with the reservation department, F&B outlets, housekeeping
and maintenance to ensure prompt response to all guests,
• Ensure back up reports are generated and saved regularly in case of system downtime.
• Providing helpdesk support to all suppliers while handle requests appropriately,
• Responsible for timely resolution of vendors queries across North America division,
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas,
• Coordinate all accounts payable activities within the Building Efficiency sector,
• Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence,
• Review all vendors invoices documentation and approval prior to payment,
• Cooperation with all departments to ensure the supplier questions are dealt in timely and
efficient manner
