1-Attending the production preparing meeting (PPM) with the producer, client and director to select and choose the locations of shooting and order sequence
2-Order all the needed shooting equipments and special effects as well.
3-Contact all the crew (Assistant director-DOP-Gaffer Key Grip-Video assistant-Art Director-Prop Master-Stylist-Casting-Transportation) to arrange the date of shooting.
4-Organizing the responsibilities of each member of the crew.
5-Resolving all faults and problems related to shortage in the equipment and outdoor shooting to maintain a smooth uninterrupted operation.
6-Ensure that all the arrangement meet the production plan.
7-Working as a production assistant in 3 films (Reklam with Ghada Abd al Razik-Aswar al Amr with Mona Zaki), fawzeer Ramdan (Mosalsaliko with Mohamed Henedy) and 430 commercials (Hayat water with Amr Diab-Chipsy with Ahmed Helmy-Kappy juice directed by Ahmed Mekky-monuments Authority with Omar El Sherif-MBC promos- All opening promos for MBC masr with cinegram production company-etc)
