 Responsible for the daily review of Material Approval Requests submitted for approval to ensure that the material is in line to the QCS and Project Specifications.
 Responsible for the daily Review of Inspection and Test Plan and Method Statement for Installation of System equipment and materials to ensure that it is complying with the QCS and Project Specification.
 Doing inspection and approval for the Approved Materials delivered on the Site.
 Doing Inspection and approval for the Installation of Electrical and ELV systems.
 Responsible in the coordination of MEP Services with other discipline and the review of shop drawings.
 Supervised, verifies and coordinates testing and commissioning of Electrical and ELV System in accordance with contract specifications to ensure Client satisfaction.
 Witnessing Testing of all services for pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
 Reporting to the Senior Engineer/Manager for any problem on the site.
 Prepare and Issues Surveillance Reports and Non Conformance Report (NCR) to any works non-compliance with QCS and Project Specifications.
 Review load schedule of Distribution Boards and Panels.
 Attending weekly site walk safety inspection to support the development and delivery of ‘Right First Time’.
 Responsible for Project Snagging and De-snagging inspection prior to handing over to the client.

 Review Material Approval Requests and Shop Drawings submittal for approval.
 Review Inspection Request submitted before going to Site Inspection.
 Inspect Approved Materials delivered on the Site.
 Inspecting Installation IR’s for Electrical and ELV systems.
 Keeping Records for all Inspection Requests submitted.
 Daily site safety walk with the Main Contractor.
 Witnessing Testing of all services for pre-commissioning stages.
 Reporting to the Senior Engr/Manager for any problem on the site.
 Issues Non Conformance Report (NCR) to any works non-compliance.
 Review load schedule of Distribution Boards and Panels.
 Snagging and De-snagging inspection prior to handing over.

 Responsible for material inspection of incoming materials as per quality standards and project specifications.
 Interact with various service section/departments/engineers to ensure proper execution of all activities as per contract specifications and standards.
 Manage, follow up and supervise the construction and on-site and offsite activities to ensure timely completion of all activities.
 Conduct internal inspection as preparation for any inspection request offered to consultant to assure that the installation is as per specification and as per method statement.
 Arrange inspection with the consultant and concerned engineer for any site visit & inspection.
 Review and propose alternative methods and practices to overcome any site issue.
 Witness and approve testing and commissioning activities and reports.
 Keep record of all work related documents.
 Areas assigned are Clinical areas, Diagnostic and Treatment Building and Plant room (fire pumps room, transformer rooms, electrical rooms and mechanical floors).
 Services and areas have been inspected but not limited to; Fire Alarm System, Telecom and Security System, Energy Monitoring and Control System, Distributed Antenna System, Public Address, Nurse Call System, Access Control System, Normal and Critical Power System, MV, and Lighting Control System, Emergency and Normal Lighting. Includes first fix (containment) installation to final fix, cable laying, panel and equipment installation
 Closing all consultant and client snags (Snagging & De-Snagging).

Implementing rules and Guide lines in Electrical & Mechanical Works.
 Checking and Inspecting of work in the site on Daily Basis.
 Evaluating and Reviewing Material Submittal or Appraisal for the Projects.
 Checking and Inspecting all Electrical Installation and Mechanical Installation base on Approved Method Statements and as per Contract till the completion of the project.
 Inspection of all installed services (Electrical & Mechanical) with the Consultant.
 Inspection of Approved Material to be used on the Site with the Consultant.
 Checking and Inspecting all Equipment, Materials, and Installations to meet the requirement of ISO Standard, NFPA, International Protection (IP Rating) & More...
 Implementing the right installation and termination based on the approved method statements.
 Checking & Evaluating Coordination Drawings of the Project.
 Testing and Commissioning of all related services prior to handing over.
 Review and Checking of As Built Drawings of services, floor plan, design and calculation.

 Implementing rules and Guide lines in Electrical Works.
 Checking the work in the site on Daily Basis.
 Evaluating material submittal for the Projects.
 Checking all Electrical installation and Mechanical as well till the completion of the project.
 Monitoring of Manpower and Logging of Daily activities.
 Coordinating works from CIVIL to MEP to coordinate progress of the project.
 Making New Design for any Tender, Related to Electrical Work
 Estimation of New Projects.
 Checking Coordination Drawings of the Project.
 Testing and Commissioning of all related services prior to handing over.

 Checking the work in the site on Daily Basis.
 Monitoring of Manpower and Logging of Daily activities
 Coordinating works with CIVIL to MEP to coordinate work with Sub-Con on daily basis .
 Implementing the right installation and termination based on the approved method statements.
 Supervision of Sub-contractors on site Installation.
 Site Inspection of Installed Services as per approved Drawings.
 Monitoring of site Activities including Health Safety and Environment (HSE) for all workers.
