Responsibilities:
• Develop and control project schedule at all stages of investment project life cycle from Pre-Feasibility Study to Commissioning using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6;
• Develop work breakdown structure;
• Establish baseline project schedule, including engineering, procurement, construction and installation works, commissioning and start-up;
• Monitor the progress and review the overall progress status (Actual vs. Planned);
• Prepare Forecast for remaining tasks, resources and cash flow;
• Analyze variances from the baseline and provide recommendations for mitigation of delays;
• Perform EOT Analysis and Contribute in Claims as per Change Requests;
• Review contractors and bidders’ schedule, integrate these schedules into Project Master Schedule;
• Follow up works on critical path and near-critical path;
• Assign Resources to each activity as utilized in the Budget and assign Cost to the various resources as utilized in the Budgeted Cost to prepare and update the S-Curves/ Cash Flows;
• Preparation of schedule for Risk Workshops and participation in Schedule Risk Assessment;
• Develop and implement progress monitoring tools, reports, and dashboards;
• Interact and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define optimal time frames for various activities (engineering, procurement, construction and installation works, commissioning and start-up);

Responsibilities:
• Baseline and issue network-logic-driven schedules that meet the needs of, and are used by the project team.
• Update schedule within Primavera P6 with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion date;
• Monthly level 4 site schedule (4-week lookahead): export from Primavera, control of update by site team, analysis and import to Primavera;
• Analyze schedule critical path and provide reports.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for management;
• Monitor the progress and review the overall progress status (Actual vs. Planned);
• Prepare Forecast for remaining tasks, resources and cash flow;

Responsibilities:
• Develop Level 3 schedule of construction and installation works in Primavera based on cost estimate and engineering documentation;
• Establish project baseline schedule;
• Export and update monthly Level 4 site schedule (4-week lookahead).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules outlining all tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Analyze Planned/Actual progress and identify reasons for variances.
• Forecast of project progress;

• Review contractors and bidders’ schedule, integrate these schedules into Project Master Schedule;
• Conduct critical path analysis to identify key project activities and potential bottlenecks;

• Successfully presented and implemented Synchro software based on an example of collisions of external utilities with access roads and relocation of large-size machinery.

• Installation of plant for azeotropic drying and refinement of propane fraction from methanol by Tobolsk-Neftekhim (SIBUR Holding), Tobolsk, Russia;
• Installation of hydrocleaning with hydrogen production unit by LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez (LUKOIL oil company). Perm, Russia;
Responsibilities:
• Review and verify CAPEX and engineering deliverables in relation to technical solutions;
• Develop addendums (schedules) for general contracts and subcontracts;
• Develop monthly Level 4 site schedules (4-week lookahead) for construction/ reconstruction of industrial facilities;
• Control timely submission of reports and other documentation for the project, inclusive of plans for the upcoming week and reports for the past week for weekly meetings;
• Coordinate project stakeholders interaction at site and other departments of the company as well as with the engineering company and subcontractors.
Achievements:
• Developed the first PC Project Schedule, established Project Schedule.
