Responsibilities:
• Develop and control project schedule at all stages of investment project life cycle from Pre-Feasibility Study to Commissioning using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6;
• Develop work breakdown structure;
• Establish baseline project schedule, including engineering, procurement, construction and installation works, commissioning and start-up;
• Monitor the progress and review the overall progress status (Actual vs. Planned);
• Prepare Forecast for remaining tasks, resources and cash flow;
• Analyze variances from the baseline and provide recommendations for mitigation of delays;
• Perform EOT Analysis and Contribute in Claims as per Change Requests;
• Review contractors and bidders’ schedule, integrate these schedules into Project Master Schedule;
