The Red Sea Development was looking for a consulting firm to provide engineering services related to site services, MEP, and structure for a high-end hotel in Red Sea city, KSA. Peyman managed the engineering team during the design stages to provide the design services for the main site services/ internal access roads/golf buggy routes, central utility plant, and utility distribution network to luxurious barefoot villas/ guest houses/ guest accommodations. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders as part of the scope of the work.
