Principal Duties:

- In charge of all commercial projects within T5 at King Khaled International Airport.
- Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
- Able to negotiate achievable deadlines and communicate them consistently to the projects team.
- Review the project detail plan and forecast to avoid massive overruns. Steer the team clear of bureaucracy and stimulate them to show their full potential.
- Develop appropriate strategies how to either avoid the risks or minimize their impact on the entire project.
- Control and analyze both the team performance and take necessary corrective measures.


Naturally, projects are not entirely predictable by nature and may need to be updated several times before they reach their final stages.

Principal Duties:

* Manages and supervise Technical affairs, KSAU-HS Work Control subordinate staff to the standard operation procedure requirements.
* Develops a complete training system for in house training of Work Control staff in all aspects of labor planning, work measurement techniques, work supply and safety. Liaises with the Training Engineer to implement training activities.
* Coordinates with Engineers and supervisors to collate operation requirements of all work issue for Work Control.
* Implements the application of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) expansion in accordance with the requirement of the project.
*Ensures all operating system are fully updated to the current working practices.
* Ensures all Technical Affairs sections are fully applying safety requirements.
* Develops system of control for effective use of labor resources.
* Develops performance indicators for effective monitoring of work measurement and safety.
* Review safety requirements in Technical Affairs' workshops and recommends improvement to the Safety Engineer.

Provides excellent customer service as required to maintain and enhance existing business and to obtain new business. Builds and maintains positive customer relations and handles customer requests in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Resolves and assists others to resolve semi-complex to complex order, shipping, and invoice problems. Provides prompt and efficient response and resolution to each inquiry, ranging in product quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of product.

Principal Duties:
* Maintains accurate customer account information of all orders and maintenance of all required paperwork.
* Provides product technical information as required to respond to customer technical inquiries and to recommend alternate materials or products.
* Assists in the solicitation and sales of company products or services to new and existing customers.
* Maintains accurate and current product portfolio information as this relates to current and anticipated customer order requirements. Function as the focal point between the customer and sales representative regarding this information.
* Answers incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
* Receives, records, and routes customer orders/changes in appropriate manner.
* Contacts customer when necessary to follow-up on customer issues or orders.
* Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
* Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services

Principal Duties:
* Maintained vehicle records for vehicle inventory.
* Responsible for maintaining safety procedures on company and client vehicles. Verified and collected quality control checks.
* Inspected and tested vehicles for safety.
* Knowledge and experience with all the machines and tools, including repair and maintenance.
* Performed unit maintenance to correct malfunctions of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems or components.
* Obtained replacement parts using parts-manual and fed-log.
* Replaced worn and broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, and other engine parts, grinded and adjusted valves; rebuilt carburetors; overhauled transmissions; and repaired fuel injection, lighting, and ignition systems.
* Replaced starters, engines, radiators, water pumps, brake shoes, brake lines, fuel-pumps.
* Performed tune ups, replaced batteries, rotate/replaced tires, washed and cleaned vehicles and equipment internally as well as externally and replaced fluids and filters.

This was part time job. Worked for this new dealership as a new car sales person, got great experience learning about different vehicles, their performance, and their safety and also about sales in general.
