LR 2 New Refinery Project
• Responsible for daily management and successful delivery of Telecommunications projects in the Middle East.
• Resource Planning and management including Sub Contractor resource.
• Plan, Manage and Execute the Installation and Commissioning of Projects in Oil and Gas Onshore/Offshore.
• Control of site procurement activities.
• Financial responsibility of Suppliers and Sub contractors.
• Continuous improvement of efficiencies at sites.
• Provide Technical support to Site Engineers.
• Strategic planning to achieve successful project delivery.
• Carry out Site activities for UK Sales and design team including Survey reports and FEED philosophy documents.
• Building strong client relationships to promote further business and opportunities.
• Commercially aware to maintain Budgets, Costs and resources throughout the Project timeline.
OPTILAN UK
•Provide technical advice at project tender stage, interpretation of clients requirements, gathering quotes for proposed equipment and generate quote with bill of materials and technical proposal.
•Ability to read and translate customer/supplier technical specification and commercial documents.
•Creating various technical drawings such as Blocks, Schematics, General arrangement, Wiring and Various installation packages.
•Creating various technical documents such as Functional design specifications, Cable schedules, Factory/Site acceptance Test documents, Calculation/Budget Documents and Installation and maintenance manuals.
•Designing and providing telecommunications systems to meet
of a 20 man team providing close communications support to a deployed Special Forces unit.
•Installation, programming and operating of Radio equipment for vehicles and portable man pack equipment.
•Responsible for preparing and programming the equipment, testing prior to deployment and servicing the equipment whilst in theatre including 1st line repair.
•Taking the lead, setting up UK and overseas posts at short notice and liaising with UK and foreign governments to achieve secure communications back to the UK.
•Providing Secure IT and Radio solutions.
•Responsible for communications support and advice to senior liaison officers to assist with planning.
•Responsible for Testing and deploying a CCTV network over IP radio's.
•Monitoring, Maintaining and Operating CCTV Systems in an operational environment
•Co-coordinating and conducting training packages to large audiences on newly acquired equipment.
•Producing Communications projects at short notice in order to complete the task in hand.
•Managing a IT network over IP radio providing Different Military IT systems
