 Developing the company SRMP (Surface Risk Management Plan) for the bridging document with the contract.
 Developing the HSE Monitoring program and leading the 2 man Seismic HSE QC team.
 Verification of all certification for both equipment and personnel.
 Involvement with implementation of Emergency Response Plans.
 Involvement with implementation for the Explosive working and Handling procedures.
 Coaching the Seismic Company’s Management team, to ensure their production levels achieve the expected goals.
 Auditing and inspecting all the various sections with the Seismic crew.
 Adapting Seismic operational procedures to meet with the Clients expectations.
