To provide to the Company professional consulting services with the following scope of responsibilities services:
Responsible for the day to day management of the contractual relationship with Subcontractors and third party suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance against contract scope.
Accountable for contractual change management between ALU & Subcontractors/third party suppliers.
Work with the Finance, procurement, logistics & PM rollout teams to tracks and reconcile the issuance of purchase orders and corresponding deliveries by the Subcontractors/Suppliers.
Works with the quality team to measure supplier performance. Initiates corrective actions when suppliers are not meeting their obligations.
Works with the GPM and rollout management team to ensure the subcontractor/third party supplier scope is understood & adhered to.
"Renewal & Expansion CNS/ATM System”
Responsible for the planning, the coordination and the supervision of the site installations and deployment of the surveillance (Radar sites, ADS-B) sub-systems delivered in the frame of the Philippines
Responsible for the installation of the CNS/ATM (Air Traffic Management) Surveillance segments
Coordination with the Deputies Project Managers from the early stages of the Project in order to ensure close coordination with local sub-contractors and Civil Works project manager
Management of local sub-contractors in charge of some installations
Development and maintenance of the site files
Coordination and planning of the installation activities and development of the associated procedures
Establishment of the appropriate installation teams
Coordination and supervision of all installation and check-out activities
Provision of advice and support to each of the specialist engineering managers, sub-contractors, as well as the Logistic Support Manager, in regard to the installation activities are satisfied as per requirements
"Infrastructure of radio sites"
To coordinate with the Manager of the company SAGEMCOM Mali and with the Business Manager (BM or Contract Manager based in Paris), to ensure the management of the project Infrastructure of radio sites
Enliven the local project team in order to realise the rollout in accordance with the technical specifications, the respect of the deadlines, and budget settled jointly with the BM.
Management of the subcontractor companies and Guarantee the quality of realised works for site construction
Ensure the management of the project logistics
Ensure the interface and the customer relation during the rollout (progress meeting, client reporting...)
Forward the information to the BM and will make the reporting, planning meeting, and holding of the dashboard of project management.
Validate the competency of the local technical teams (internal and external) in the work of infrastructure construction of radio sites
Participate to the training and improvement of the competency of the local teams in this job
Insure the client relationship at first level, and will ensure a commercial presence with the client teams in order to increase market shares (to get orders)

Project Management (total value of 25M$), progress reports, Processes, Procedures and Milestones
Management of Logistics, Civil Work, Tower, Power services for site construction & TV Implementation
Management of Contract for suppliers and Subcontractors
Evaluate and Validate Engineering design from CW & Tower Subcontractors
Assist the Rollout Manager on key aspects: organization structure, contract management, logistics, implementation, reporting, quality control
Manage the overall logistics process for site construction, telecom implementation, warehouse
Manage with the Rollout Manager the detailed organization structure & responsibility matrix, planning resources, processes and procedures to meet milestones.
Overall rollout coordination and reporting (Site construction, CW, Towers, TI, of Contractors)
Achievements: 131 sites CW/ 125 sites RFS / 105 sites On Air
Responsible for Project Implementation Planning, Weekly & Monthly Master Plan
Collect, control and manage Rollout progress for daily, weekly reporting to Management and Client.
Coordination with Account manager for Contract Management
Train the Chinese HUAWEI team on procedures & workflows (team of 10 employees).
Involvement in all Customer meetings in order to maintain very good communication between Client and Chinese project team
