· Sept 2017 completed a transition from a largely paper-based system to a Cerner Millennium Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
o Cerner 2015 code: Modules included Inpatient, Outpatient, CPOE, SurgiNet and Anaesthesia, Registration, Scheduling, Charge Services, Patient Accounting, HIM, PathNet: GenLab & Microbiology, RadNet (including all integration with modalities), PharmNet (including deep integration with OnmiCell), completely rebuilt Rehab documentation, and integrated with third-party systems using Orion Rhapsody.
o Implemented completely new clinical documentation, physician order entry, lab and pharmacy systems, robust integration with the radiology systems and biomedical devices.
· Implemented an agile, multi-tiered, optimization program for the EMR implementation to take steps to maximize system benefits.

Senior Project Program Manager at DELL SERVICES

• Three device Integration projects for a greenfield facility in Doha, Qatar (December 2014 - Present)
o Integrating a total of 93 unique devices and deploying 3700 repeat devices throughout the 1, 000, 000 sq. ft. facility
o These are complex logistics project across different teams requiring close management of resources, scope, time, and clearly documenting work completed.
• Implementation of two different solutions for the client, one is a complex and flexible staff scheduling solution, the other is an alarm management and escalation system.
• Desktop rollout project for the same facility (February - September 2014)
o In preparation for staff to move into the new facility this project delivered software packages for deployment, policies and procedures, for end-user computing equipment management, and a proof-of-concept deployment
• Data migration project (February - October 2014)
o Supporting client’s transition from a temporary data center to a new state-of-the-art data center designed and managed by Dell
o This project directly impacted 1500 end-users and 3500 accounts enterprise-wide, and was hailed as a success by all parties due to close collaboration between Dell and the client.
o The project team consisted of approximately 50 people and required the successful management if immense amounts of data
• Cerner Millennium implementation for Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Doha, Qatar (February 2013 to February 2014)
o Participated as a program troubleshooter
o Areas managed: One of the solution delivery teams, and internal relationship between the Application and Data Migration teams
o Results: resolution of identified delivery challenges on the solution delivery team that enabled on-time submission of key deliverables by both teams
