Maintain up to date billing system, Generate and send out statement of Accounts, follow up on monthly dues, collect and prepare allocation payments, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, research and resolve payment discrepancies, review AR aging to ensure compliance, communicate with customers via phone and email, coordinate with senior management, logistics and sales team for other pending issues with the customer.
Handle an average of 100 calls per day with a call processing time of 3 minutes, receiving inbound and outbound calls, retrieving customers’ data, documenting important parts of the call, verifying confidential information with the customer to maintain state law compliance, presenting relevant payment plans to delinquent customers, waiving late fees, process payments for credit card bills using ACH and debit card transactions, routing the account to the appropriate department, making sure that the customers’ information are updated
Maintain a 2 minute call to provide phone listings and addresses of establishments, driving directions, train times and cinema times within UK.
