MEP Design and Construction Management of one station of the 4 stations belonging to the south metro red line project. Design follow-up, construction follow-up, meeting with Client and Interface management with Systems subcontractor (s).
Mechanical team leading. Meetings with client. Manage and Supervise the project MEP subcontractor
HVAC Team leader for producing and submitting mechanical shop drawings to the consultant by adjusting comments and organizing workshop. Also Material submittals and method statements are reviewd.
Checking and commenting on subcontractors submittals such as shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
Also designing HVAC systems for the Haramain Hghspeed Railways (HHR) project in KSA.
Projects follow-up and engineering selection of HVAC machines requested from Carrier by different subcontractors. Technical selection of chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, Variable Refrigerant Volume machines and commercial follow-up of corresponding quotations.
The company is a leader in Europe in Industrial and facilities engineering, including cleanrooms industries, pharmaceutical indistries, hospitals, and all possible industries that require delicate and special HVAC engineering.
Projects taken are mainly turnkey projects from concept, planning, design, execution and operation.
The present experience is construction in Qatar.
